Reunion Studio, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") develops and distributes Reseed, a Snowflake Native App that helps organizations validate and load spreadsheet or CSV data directly into their own Snowflake environments.
We respect your privacy and design our products so that your data always remains under your control. This policy explains how we handle information related to our products, websites, and support interactions.
1. Data Ownership and Control
When you install or use Reseed, all data processed by the app remains entirely within your Snowflake account.
- We do not access, transmit, or store your data.
- We do not collect, resell, or share your data with any third parties.
- We do not use your data for analytics, marketing, or product training.
- You retain full control and ownership of your data at all times.
2. Application Data
The Reseed application runs inside your Snowflake environment using Snowflake's secure Native App framework. All data validation, transformation, and loading occur within your account. No data leaves your Snowflake account unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, by creating your own Snowflake data share).
3. Support and Diagnostic Data
We cannot see your data.
- If you contact us for support and choose to share your screen or describe your data during a session, we never record, capture, or copy any customer data.
- We may occasionally request log or debug information (for example, error messages or application logs) to help diagnose issues.
- This information is used solely for troubleshooting and stored only within the associated support ticket.
- No personally identifiable information (PII) should be included in tickets.
- Support materials are deleted once assistance is complete.
This ensures we can help you resolve issues quickly while keeping your business data private and secure.
4. Website and Communication Data
When you visit our websites (such as reunionstudio.io):
- We collect only minimal standard web logs (e.g., anonymized IP addresses, browser type, page views) to maintain and secure the site.
- We do not use analytics trackers, cookies, or advertising networks.
- If you contact us via email (e.g., support@reunionstudio.io), we use that information only to respond to your inquiry.

- We rely on Snowflake's enterprise-grade security for all data processed within your Snowflake account.
