Privacy

The short version

• Your Airlock and Reseed business data stays in your Snowflake account unless you deliberately share it.
• This public website is static. It has no user accounts, checkout, or contact form.
• The website does use Google Analytics. The previous version of this policy incorrectly said that it did not.
• If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.

Product data

Airlock and Reseed are Snowflake Native Apps. Their normal product data path runs inside the customer's Snowflake account. Reunion Studio does not operate a separate product database that automatically receives the business records, files, evidence, workflow state, or history you process through those apps.

Airlock MCP is a local design and bootstrap workbench. It does not open a Snowflake connection or call installed Airlock procedures; live work uses separately configured Snowflake tools. It is not a hosted Reunion Studio record system. Installing or updating the package may contact npm or GitHub under their own terms.

If you choose to send product data, logs, screenshots, or files to us for support, that deliberate support communication is different from the Native App's normal data path.

Snowflake Marketplace

Snowflake provides the Marketplace, installs Native Apps, and processes Snowflake account, usage, listing, licensing, and billing information under its agreements and privacy notice. Airlock may emit the Marketplace billing events required by its current offer. Those events are not a copy of the business records governed through Airlock.

Website hosting and analytics

This site is served by GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it logs a visitor's IP address for security when a GitHub Pages site is visited. See GitHub's Pages documentation and privacy statement for its practices.

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and which pages are useful. Google says its default web implementation collects user counts, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, and on-site activity. The Google tag can set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and sessions. Read Google's current data collection and cookie documentation.

The site does not display advertising or operate a customer-data capture form. We do not intentionally send Snowflake product data, support content, or email addresses to Google Analytics.

Email and support

When you email Reunion Studio, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to answer the message, provide support, discuss a commercial relationship, maintain security, and keep records we reasonably need to operate the business.

Do not send passwords, private keys, production data, regulated data, or other secrets by ordinary email. Agree on an appropriate transfer method first.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Reunion Studio does not sell the information you send us. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website, email, support, accounting, or legal functions; when required by law; or to protect the company, customers, and others.

We keep information only as long as it remains useful for the purpose described above or is required for security, accounting, contractual, or legal reasons. You can block or delete browser cookies, use browser privacy controls, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent the public site from working.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or contractual reasons.
